After the matter was heard for a substantial time, when this Court expressed its disinclination, Mr. Piyush Toshniwal, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a passover to take instructions from the Applicant. At his request, the matter was taken up after some time. 4. Mr. Piyush Toshniwal along with Mr. Aarya Ambulkar, learned Advocates for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seek leave to unconditionally withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application.
