The present intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 13.11.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in WPMS No.3087 of 2025 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant seeking exclusive rights in his favour to perform pathological tests in respect to the patients examined in the medical college has been rejected holding that there was no contract conferring exclusive right in favour of the petitioner to perform the tests.

Even after repeated queries to counsel for the appellant, he is unable to show any contract between the

In view of the above, we find no merit in the instant appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
