The present contempt cases have been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 13.07.2023 passed in W.P. (C) No. 1420 of 2023 and W.P. (C) No. 5734 of 2022 respectively. 2026:JHHC:5236 2 2. A show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party Nos. 3 to 7 today, paragraph Nos. 4 & 5 of which read as under: “4. That in compliance of order dated 30.01.2026, Opposite Party Nos.3 to 7 have demolished the boundary wall surrounding the 2.23 Kathas of land which falls inside 86.9 Kathas of land, as would evident from the photographs annexed herewith. 5. That it is stated that in view of the aforesaid facts as well as the show cause earlier filed in this case, it is clear that the Opposite Parties have complied the order dated 13.07.2023 passed in W.P. (C) No. 1420 of 2023 with W.P. (C) No.5734 of 2022 with W.P. (C) No.341 of 2023 true to its letter and spirit.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners accepts the aforesaid fact. 4. Considering the said statement made in the show cause affidavit dated 20.02.2026, there is no need to further proceed in the matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties in both the cases is hereby dropped. 5. The present contempt cases stand disposed of.
