Learned counsel for petitioner refers to complaint which the petitioner had sent to SHO, P.S. Model Town, informing about the incident whereby five-six persons, armed with some pistol like object, had attempted to kill him. During course of consideration, it was stated that if CCTV footage is scrutinized, the identity of such perpetrators can be easily ascertained. 3. Learned APP for State appears on advance notice and submits that they are already evaluating the same and would also inform the petitioner about the status of the complaint and the action taken or to be taken in the matter. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner, at this juncture, does not press for any relief. 5. He, however, submits that in case there is any threat to his life and if FIR is not registered, he would approach the concerned Magisterial Court for ensuring registration of FIR and would also approach this Court for providing appropriate security.
