The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 600 of 2025(N), registered for the offence under Sections 21(b)/22/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and under Sections 111(2)(b) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and the recovery of the brown sugar was from the Md. Sarwar and Sagufta Praveen @ Muskan and there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and those two persons have been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 11648 of 2025 and B.A. No. 11774 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the co-accused persons from whom possession brown sugar has been recovered have been granted regular bail in B.A. No. ( 2026:JHHC:1868 ) 2 11648 of 2025 and B.A. No. 11774 of 2025 and the petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
