JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 23/07/2026 1. This Criminal Miscellaneous Application has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition requiring him to furnish two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each. The petitioner is a very poor person and is not in a position to arrange the two sureties, as directed by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2026, as a condition for his release on bail. This Court had ordered the release of the accused-petitioner on bail in view of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, wherein it was revealed that the victim was willing to marry the accused-petitioner, but her parents were not agreeing to the marriage. It was in these circumstances that the present criminal case is stated to have been registered. [2026:RJ-JP:28342] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-324/2026] 2. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the accused petitioner was ordered to be released on bail vide order dated 16.04.2026, but he could not get himself released for want of two sureties, the Court deems it just and proper to relax the condition of submitting the sureties and the trial Court is directed to release the petitioner on bail on submitting his personal bond of sum of Rs. 50,000/- without asking for any surety. 3. It is also made clear that in case the petitioner does not appear before the trial Court on the due dates, the trial Court would be at liberty to cancel the bail bond. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 1/ Ravindra
