1. A dispute having arisen between the parties with respect to the agreement dated 20.06.2017 entered amongst them, wherein Clause 26 of the Agreement reflects that both the parties had agreed to get their dispute resolved through an Arbitrator to be appointed under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short ‘the Act’). For appointment of Arbitrator, the present application has come before this Court under Section 11 of the Act.
2. Reply on behalf of respondents has been filed.

Accordingly, this Court appoints Arbitrator Hon'ble Mr. Justice Banwari Lal Sharma, (Former Judge Rajasthan High Court), Resident of 49-50, 4D, Campus, Theme Colony, Near Murlipura Police Station, Jaipur, to act as Sole Arbitrator and to decide all issues without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the present application. The arbitration fees shall be determined in accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Act of 1996, as amended. The fee of the Arbitrator will be equally borne by both the parties.
4. The arbitration application is allowed accordingly.
5. Copy of this order be sent to the appointed Sole Arbitrator.
6. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
