Baruah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that taking into account that the period of six weeks mentioned in the order dated 13.06.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 982/2023 is not over from the date of submission of the certified copy of the said order, which was submitted only on 04.07.2026, the petitioner would not like to press the instant contempt application. The learned counsel, however, submitted that in the circumstance, the order dated 13.06.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 982/2023 is not complied with, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach this Court again. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant contempt application stands dropped on withdrawal. 3. Before parting with the record, this Court, however, observes that in the circumstance, after a lapse of six weeks if the order dated 13.06.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 982/2023 Page No.# 3/3 remains uncomplied with, the petitioner would be at liberty to again approach this Court.
