The present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner for not relieving her from the office of Respondent No.3 as she was appointed as Assistant Section Officer in A.P. Secretariat under 12 ½ % quota by transfer and for consequential direction to relieve her to join as the Assistant Section Officer in the A.P. Secretariat forthwith. 2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleaders appearing for the respective Respondents would submit that the issue involved this case is squarely covered by the Common Order dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.10163 and 10676 of 2023 and requested to pass similar orders in this Writ Petition also. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of Common Order dated 03.09.2025 passed in W.P.Nos.10163 and 10676 of 2023 with following directions: 4 i) The impugned Proceedings No.U.O.No.GAD01-SUOASO (FROM/1/2022-SU-II) issued by Respondent No.1 is set- aside; ii) The Petitioner shall be relieved from the present post in the office of Respondent No.3 within a period of four (04) weeks from today in terms of her appointment orders as Assistant Section Officer in A.P. Secretariat; iii) On being relieved from the office of Respondent No.3, the Petitioner shall be permitted to be joined as Assistant Section Officer in A.P. Secretariat without any further hurdles. iv) No orders as to costs.
