Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rail (Hatia) P.S. Case No. 22/2025 (N), registered under Section 20 (b) (ii) (C)/29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner 16 Kg Ganja has been recovered that is intermediary quantity which led registration of case under Section 20 (b) of the NDPS Act. Hesubmits that petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2025. He next submits that it has come in the impugned order that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that 16 Kg Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:737 5. Considering that 16 Kg Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which is intermediary quantity and the petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi, in connection with Rail (Hatia) P.S.
