In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondents to appoint her on the post of Assistant Teacher in Class-VI to Class-VIII. 3. Learned counsel for the JSSC submits that the petitioner is a candidate of BC-II Category and has obtained 220.080 marks, whereas, last selected candidate in the category and the subject has obtained 226.25448714 marks. 4. Thus, since the marks obtained by the petitioner at present is less than the last selected candidate in the category and subject of the petitioner, no relief can be granted to this petitioner. 5. However, since the appointment process is continuing, in future, if it is found that any person obtaining lesser marks than the petitioner in her subject and the category is appointed, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission for appropriate relief(s). 6.
