The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that a typographical error of inadvertence has crept into the order dated 17.12.2025, wherein the petitioner has been recorded to have made an application against vacancy under the 8OBC9 category instead of 8EWS9. 2. The learned A.G.P. does not raise any objection to such correction being effected in the order dated 17.12.2025. 3. We, therefore, direct that in the last line of paragraph no.2 of the order dated 17.12.2025, 8OBC9 be read as 8EWS9. 4. The order dated 17.12.2025 stands modified accordingly. 5. A 8No Objection Certificate9 (8NOC9 for short) dated 31.12.2025 bearing Memo No. ME/CC-70- 2025/M/3337 was issued by the Director of Medical Education, West Bengal enabling the 2 present petitioner to participate in the interview/selection process for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at AIIMS, Kalyani. 6. In view of issuance of the NOC, the parties are in agreement that nothing survives in the writ petition. 7.
