Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.B.Sanjay Balachandar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Ms.P.Veena Suresh, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties, which include the encroacher by name Mr.Manivannan, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 13844 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 14.03.2026 requesting the respondents to execute and handover the draft sale deed in respect of shop No.TD-83(RCS) and also to handover the possession of the same to the petitioner, after hearing all the necessary parties, which include the encroacher by name Mr.Manivannan and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
