1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioner’s seniority in the gradation list from her initial date of appointment i.e. 10.10.2008, and to place her at the appropriate position accordingly, considering her continuous service. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant all consequential benefits, including consideration for promotion, fixation of pay and seniority based benefits, arising out of correcting of the petitioner’s seniority. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

After arguing for sometime, counsel for petitioner submits that as petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent no. 05 on 28.01.2026 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 5 to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame.

Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage
3 / directing respondent no. 05 to consider and take decision on pending representation Annexure P-5 dated 28.01.2026 accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is
