The petitioner is aggrieved by the acts of commission and/or omission of the respondent No.5, who the petitioner insist is attached to the respondent Bank. 2. The petitioner has been defrauded while operating his credit card, allegedly by the respondent No.5. 3. The respondent No.5, according to the petitioner, made representations and based on such representations, the petitioner applied for and got a credit card and handed over the same to the respondent no.5 along with the onetime password (OTP), which facilitated the respondent no.5 evil design of siphoning out money from the account of the petitioner. 2 4. Bereft of any other issue, this is completely a private dispute. The respondent Bank and the added respondent, the Credit Card Division have both washed their hands off, the respondent no.5 and any act of mischief done by the said respondent, does not and cannot be foisted on the bank or the Credit Card Division. 5. In view of the aforestated, the writ petition is dismissed. 6. There will be no order as to costs. 7.
