The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ichagarh PS Case No. 53/2024. It has been alleged that the petitioner was responsible for a huge shortage of rice and wheat in the Jharkhand State Food Corporation Warehouse at Ichagarh. The petitioner appears to be the Assistant Manager, who is in custody since 18.09.2025. The learned counsel submits that charge-sheet has been submitted. The learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
