On the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein, Mr. Anil Gupta, FIR No. 773/2012 was registered at PS Shakarpur for commission of offences under Section 420/468/471/34 IPC. 2. A charge-sheet was filed after more than 6 years. 3. The limited request in the present petition is to the effect that the matter be expedited as even the charges have not been ascertained so far. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner/complainant submits that on various occasion, the accused-person prayed for exemption from personal appearance and the concerned Investigating Officer also failed to appear, which has resulted in delay in ascertainment of charges. 4. Ld. Additional Standing Counsel (Crl) assures that there would not be any further delay in the matter from their side and if required the concerned This is a digitally signed order. Since the FIR is of the year 2012 and charges have yet not been ascertained, the present petition is disposed of with request to learned Trial Court to give top most priority to the present matter and to ensure that the charges are ascertained, as expeditious possible and without any further delay. Needless to say there would be requisite assistance to the learned trial Court from all the three side i.e. complainant, prosecution and the accused. 6. The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 7. A copy of this order be transmitted to the learned trial Court for information and due compliance.
