Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2025 in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 351 of 2025, registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3)/190, 333, 127(1), 127(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 109, 303(2), 324(4), 117(2) and 118(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, now pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner is named in the First Information Report, but there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer and has submitted that investigation is still going on against the petitioner in this case. He has submitted that the informant has suffered grievous injury and there are direct allegations against the petitioner. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and 2026:JHHC:5784 2 considering the nature of allegation as alleged in the First Information Report and the fact that investigation is still on, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. 6.
