The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief(s):” “a) The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR no. 322/2025 registered at the police station of Bilaigarh District Sarangarh Bilaigarh (C.G.), under section 115(2), 191(2), 296, 333, 351(2) BNS and section 3(2)(5) (A) OF SC/ST Act 3 b) The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as the Hon’ble Court may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. At the time of hearing, this Court observed that the relief sought in the present petition is defective one as there is no mention of the date on which the FIR has been registered. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty subject to depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Govt.
