The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from AEN (132 KV GSS), Bagru, Jaipur to XEN (220 KV GSS), Bhawad, Jodhpur which is at a very distant place and due to such transfer, the petitioner would face serious hardship in maintaining his family, and in such
[2026:RJ-JP:29801] (2 of 3) [CW-13295/2026] circumstances, the work performance of the petitioner would also be adversely affected. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the transfer of the petitioner in no manner can be said to be illegal and arbitrary as the services of large number of technical workmen are required in the western Rajasthan, however, in case the petitioner submits a representation, they would consider the same for posting of the petitioner at a nearby place to his hometown. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels for both the parties, the Court deems just and proper to allow the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent authorities for consideration of his case for posting/transfer at a nearby place to his hometown. 4. The petitioner would submit a representation within a period of seven days from today. In case, the respondent authorities receive any representation from the petitioner within the given time of seven days, they shall consider the same in objective manner and pass an appropriate order, as early as possible. 5.
Till disposal of the representation, if submitted by the petitioner, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 10.07.2026 qua the present petitioner, shall remain stayed and he shall be allowed to continue at AEN (132 KV GSS), Bagru, Jaipur. 6. In case the petitioner fails to submit the representation within the given time of seven days, this interim order will automatically cease its effect. [2026:RJ-JP:29801] (3 of 3) [CW-13295/2026]
