The respondents no.2 & 3 on behalf of respondents no. 2-5 are present in Court today and are identified by IO/SI Dilbagh Singh. I have spoken with respondents no.2 & 3 in Hindi and it is stated by them that they have compromised all disputes with the petitioner. Respondents no.2 & 3 submit that they do not wish to continue prosecution of petitioner. 4. Having spoken with respondent no. 2 &3, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial. 5.
