The instant bail application has been filed against the order of learned Trial Court dated 03.06.2026 on behalf of the accused- petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No. 257/2026 registered at Police Station Ramnagaria, District Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 112(2) & 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66C & 66D of IT Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submit that the accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They [2026:RJ-JP:28843] (2 of 4) [CRLMB-9044/2026] further contended that the charge-sheet has been filed and the accused-petitioners are in custody since long. They also submit that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused-petitioners and co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail; conclusion of trial will take its own time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the accused- petitioners behind the bars and, therefore, pray that the accused- petitioners may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the accused- petitioners hereinabove but did not dispute with the fact that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused- petitioners. 4. Heard and considered the submissions made at the Bar and perused the material available on record and the contentions put forth by learned counsel for both the parties; that the charge- sheet against the accused-petitioners has been filed; that the accused-petitioners are in custody since 26.05.2026; that the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate; that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Inderjeet Singh S/o Bhanwar Singh, Dilkhush Urf Sagar Gurjar S/o Devkaran Gurjar, Neha Singh D/o Satyadev Singh, Ritu Singh D/o Sunil Kumar Singh, Kanchan Mahavar D/o Pappu Mahavar, Sonia Dwivedi D/o Govind Kumar & Shalu Rawat D/o Hardeen Singh have already been enlarged on bail by the Trial Court itself; that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused-petitioners; that the trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing [2026:RJ-JP:28843] (3 of 4) [CRLMB-9044/2026] any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 5. Therefore, the instant bail application under Section 483 BNSS is accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioners Ajay Singh S/o Sh. Mahendra Singh & Shubham Yogi S/o Sh. Pappulal Yogi are ordered to be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 6. It is made clear that the accused-petitioners shall not involve themselves in any offence(s) during currency of the bail. 7. The accused-petitioners are also directed to submit their present addresses along with mobile numbers to the concerned SHO/IO within three days of release and the concerned SHO/IO shall verify the said mobile numbers and their addresses. In case, the accused-petitioners change their address or mobile number, they shall submit the same before the concerned SHO/IO and also before the concerned learned Trial Court. The accused-petitioners shall also provide the concerned SHO/IO, a comprehensive list of all electronic devices in their possession, including mobile phones, laptops, tablets, external hard disks and pen drives along with their IMEI numbers and serial numbers within three days of release under this bail order. 8. In case of any breach of the aforementioned conditions, the learned Public Prosecutor shall be free to move the application [2026:RJ-JP:28843] (4 of 4) [CRLMB-9044/2026] against the accused-petitioners for cancellation of the bail before the concerned Court. 9. The observation made hereinabove is only for decision of the instant bail application and would not have any impact on the trial of the case in any manner. 10.
