Tiwari, A.P.P 02/ 19.01.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhurwa (Hatia) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 351(2), 352, 61 of the BNS, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M at Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. He also submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that although in the impugned order it has come that injury is grievous however that injury has been caused due to assault made by one Saurav Yadav by rod. He next submits that in identical situation two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 201 of 2026. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there. Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that allegation of assault by rod is against one Saurav Yadav and so far these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations and further there are case and counter case between the parties and two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M at Ranchi, in connection with Dhurwa (Hatia) P.S.
