It appears from the report that upon physical inspection of the monitor, it is found that CC camera of the private respondents covers the area of their private property upto the boundary wall and has been installed for the purpose of their personal safety and security without hampering anyone’s privacy. Enquiry has been held in presence of the local residents. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that since the CC camera installed by the private respondents does not invade the privacy of the petitioner in any manner, there is no reason to direct the private respondents to shift the said camera to any other location. The writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted. 2 Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
