The petitioner in person has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:- “10.1 Kindly be pleased to quash / set aside the impugned order dated 12/12/23, 17/09/21 and 29/06/20 (Annexure P-1, P-2, P-3) respectively, issued by the respondent revenue authority. 3 10.2 To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and the circumstances of the case including awarding cast throughout inclusive of the means profit throughout to the petitioner. 10.3 Kindly pass the order for fresh demarcation of the encroached agriculture land as aforesaid K.H. No. 846/1-A O.16 H, 847-0/44 H. 848-0.05 H, and 906-0.03 H inclusive of removal of encroachment over the aforesaid area by the process of CG LRC 250 process.” 2. The order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the Commissioner, Durg Division, Durg (C.G.) is revisable before the Board of Revenue according to the provisions of Section 50 of the CG Land Revenue Code, therefore, in my opinion, this petition is not maintainable.
