This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition, on account of his serious indisposition. 2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court without any default. 3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in respect of the appearance of the petitioner in the following manner. 4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as the petitioner’s appearance as imposed by this Court at para no.5 of the order dated 15.11.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.15456 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1352 of 2024 alone stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in every four months on the first working day of the particular month, commencing from April 2026.
