No.216 of 2024 to its original file. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 04.12.2024 the peremptory order was passed for removing the defects. He next submits that supplementary affidavit has been filed, however, due to inadvertence on the part of the Oath Commissioner, it has become defective as the Oath Commissioner did not mention the name of the deponent in the certificate and in 2 view that the said order was peremptory the said Writ Petition (Criminal) was dismissed. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent State has got no objection if the said writ petition is restored to its original file. 4. In view of above, and considering the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court finds that sufficient grounds have been made out to restore the said writ petition to its original file. 5.
