Learned counsel representing the Petitioner, after making some
submissions and upon realizing that the order rejecting the application for revocation of cancellation of registration is appealable under Section 107 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy of appeal.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present Writ Petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought.
