Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12637 of 2026(2) dt.23-03-2026 2/4 190, 126(2), 115(2), 74, 303(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 3, 7 and 9 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 3 and 7 are women and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to land, accused persons came and Mahesh assaulted him by rod causing injury on nose, thereafter Mahesh, Rajesh and Mukesh put a rope around his neck and started strangulating, further Mahesh and Suman assaulted his mother and snatched her mangalsutra and earrings, further Gyanti with knife and Nitish with rod assaulted his brother and nephew, thereafter Satyanarayan and Meghu assaulted his uncle by rod causing injury and accused looted articles worth Rs. 50,000/- from his shop. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place. It is further submitted that petitioner nos. 1, 7, 8, 9, and 10 are young boys in the age group of 18-21 years. It is also submitted that even allegation of assault is not specific rather is general Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12637 of 2026(2) dt.23-03-2026 3/4 and omnibus in nature though it is alleged that Mahesh assaulted the informant by rod causing injury on neck. It is next submitted that the order impugned though records that facts find support from the injury report available on record, but has not disclosed the injuries, which amply demonstrates that injures were simple in nature. It is further submitted that allegation against Gyanti of assaulting by knife the brother of the informant along with Nitish is an exaggerated and ornamental allegation. It is also submitted that petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove their innocence. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sahpur Patori P.S.
