The petitioner is an accused in connection with Birni PS Case No. 245 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner had given a samosa to the informant after which she lost consciousness and when she regained consciousness, she found herself naked. It has also been alleged that the petitioner had established physical relationship with the informant. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent but regard being had to the specific nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a married person with children, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
