The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that despite the land acquisition proceedings for the subject property having been quashed, and the said order having attained finality, till date, the ‘Zero’ value has not been removed by fixing a guideline value for the subject property. The petitioner had given a representation dated 05.02.2026 to the respondents for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.R.Sridhar, learned AGP, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation dated 05.02.2026 seeking for removal of the ‘Zero’ value and consequently fix the guideline value for the subject property, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
