Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset, on instructions, submits that after service of advance copy of this petition, Registrar of Trade Marks has taken requisite action and certificate of registration has been issued and accordingly the writ petition is rendered infructuous. 3. In light of the fact that the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending application.
