JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the grant of certain approvals by the respondent - Authorities for development of a layout in favour of one Megacity Developers Private Limited in respect of certain lands situated in Sheshagirahalli Village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk. 2. The petitioner has not pleaded in the writ petition as to what right he has over the lands concerned. He has also not pleaded as to how any of his rights have been violated or infringed by the respondent-Authorities in granting certain developmental rights in favour of the Megacity Developers Private Limited. He has also not made the said Megacity Developers Private Limited as a party to the proceedings. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21809 WP No. 9988 of 2026 3. Under the said circumstances, the writ petition has to be considered frivolous and vexatious, having been filed with an oblique motive to make illegal gains at the cost of others. 4. For the aforementioned reasons, the writ petition is hereby dismissed with costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) payable by the petitioner to the Bengaluru Professional Benevolent Fund.
