Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.i To kindly issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue on their respective posts and discharge their duties forthwith; ii. To Kindly issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioners for absorption, strictly in accordance with the policy decisions/resolutions taken by the Executive PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 Committee of the National Health Mission, in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner. iii. To kindly issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to forthwith release and pay the pending salary/remuneration of the petitioners for the period from April, 2025 to July, 2025 along with interest; iv. To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have already submitted a representation for redressal of their grievance before Respondents No. 1 to 3 which is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to Respondents No. 1 to 3 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within specific time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that they are having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into merits of the claim of petitioners, this writ petition is disposed off directing Respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5. Petitioners will also be at liberty to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the respondents and if such representation is submitted the concerned authorities shall also consider the same along with pending representation, in accordance with the aforementioned terms. 6.
