The instant petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 08.12.2015 passed by the Special Judicial Magistrate, (NI Act Cases) No.2, Alwar in Criminal Case No.207/2015 by which the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 91 Cr.P.C. has been rejected. 2. Before proceeding further with the matter, this Court deemed it just and proper to call for the report from the Trial Court about the status of the trial. 3. In response to the above, a report has been received from the Court below, which indicates that after trial, the judgment has already been pronounced on 10.04.2017 and the accused has been found to be guilty and he has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment.
