Das, learned Additional PP, for the State. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS, praying for grant of bail to the petitioners, namely, (i) Sufiya Khatun; (ii) Mainul Ali and (iii) Mahidul Bhuyan who were arrested in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 936/2025 under Section 61(2)/178/180 BNS, 2023. 3. On instruction of the petitioners, Mr. Bhattacharya, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application to which Mr. Das, learned Addl. PP has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
