SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 29/07/2026 1. The question regarding arbitration clause stands already decided by this Court in D.B. Civil Reference No.1/2024 titled as M/s Devender Singh Contractor Vs. Union of India. Admittedly, the dispute between the parties can be adjudicated. 2. Accordingly, this Court deems it appropriate to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Banwari Lal Sharma, (Former Judge Rajasthan High Court), Resident of 49-50, 4D, Campus, Theme Colony, Near Murlipura Police Station, Jaipur, to act as Sole Arbitrator and to decide all issues without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the present application.
