The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the name of the petitioner was appearing in the voter list of 2002 but subsequently the name of the petitioner from the voter list has been deleted and the notice was issued to the petitioner to appear before the concerned authority on January 29, 2026. On 29th January, 2026, the petitioner has submitted all the documents but till date no consideration has been made. Accordingly, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal being Appeal No. APS2520G050426704765 on April 5, 2026 and the same is pending before the Appellate Tribunal. He prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for consideration of the appeal filed by the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to cast vote on April 29, 2026. 2 3. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. This Court finds that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal on April 5, 2026 and the same is pending before the Appellate Tribunal. 5. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and to dispose of the said appeal as early as possible. 6.
