Parties are present. Joint memo is filed. Contents of the joint memo reads as under:
“It is submitted that at the intervention of this Hon’ble Court the complainant and accused have agreed to resolve the issue in this case on the following terms and conditions.
1. The petitioner has agreed to pay the remaining fine amount of Rs.2,15,000/- on 6 instalments as mentioned below.

2. 10.05.2026 Rs. 35,000/-
3. 10.06.2026 Rs. 35,000/-
4. 10.07.2026 Rs. 35,000/-

2. Failing which the petitioner will abide by the

Wherefore, the parties herein jointly pray that this Hon’ble Court be pass necessary order, to meet the ends of justice.”
2. Placing the memo on record, petition stands
disposed of.
3. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
4. It is made clear that if the compensation amount as agreed in the joint memo is not paid, petitioner shall under go imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate, confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
5. After payment of the entire compensation amount, sum of Rs.5000/- imposed by the Trial Magistrate towards defraying expenses of the State stands set aside.
