The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.209 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 468, 467, 420, 384, 385, 427, 447 and 34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.-XXI, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have sold 25 decimals of land in favour of father of the informant and the informant is in possession of the said land and mutation has also been done. He further submits that under the presumption 30 decimals of rest of the plot was being tried to sold by these petitioners and she is claiming that is also of her and for 30 decimals of land an agreement was made with Mahesh Oraon and others 2026:JHHC:13140 --2-- A.B.A. No. 2010 of 2026 and they have been granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in ABA No.1218 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of selling further 30 decimals of land to Mahesh Oraon and others. 5. It has been pointed out that only 25 decimals of land was sold to the father of the informant and rest 30 decimals of the said plot was tried to be sold by Mahesh Oraon by way of an agreement and Mahesh Oraon and others have been granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the aforesaid ABA, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C.-XXI, Ranchi in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.209 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 04.05.2026 Sangam/
