Hussain for the applicant Shahim Ahmed @ Samim Ahmed, who has filed this application for correction of the order dated 26.06.2026 passed by this Court in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Criminal Petition No. 958/2026. 2. It is submitted that inadvertently the Sessions Case Number was not mentioned in the order dated 26.06.2026 passed in Criminal Petition No. 958/2026. 3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. R.J. Baruah for the State of Assam. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. 5. In paragraph 2 of the order dated 26.06.2026 in Criminal Petition No. 958/2026, the term “in Sessions Case No. 161/2023 pending before the learned Court of the Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Sribhumi” is to be inserted after the term “orders dated 16.07.2025 and subsequent orders”. 6. On the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, this order is modified as stated above. The applicant is also allowed another 15 (Fifteen) days from today to appear before the learned Trial Court and cooperate with the trial. 7. This order will form a part of the order dated 26.06.2026 in the connected Criminal Petition No. 958/2026. 8. In terms of the above observation, this application stands disposed of.
