Rakesh Kumar Bansal” pending before the Court of the learned District Judge-05, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to this Court so that the same may be tried along with CS(OS) 221/2026 titled “Rakesh Kumar Bansal v. Bharat Chugh”, which is pending before this Court. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Court is yet to frame issues in CS(OS) 221/2026 and the question of whether there are any overlapping issues that may arise in the two proceedings is yet to be determined. 3. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner does not wish to press the present Petition and thus, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same to avail such remedies as may be available to him under law at the relevant period in time. 4.
