Vibha Sinha”, wherein the Court permitted the elder son, Master “N” (aged about 12 years) to remain in custody of the Petitioner and directed the Petitioner to hand over the custody of the younger son, Master “C” (aged about 4 years) to the Respondent. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after considerable arguments, and on realizing that the Court is not inclined to grant the reliefs as sought for, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition.
