P.C.: 1) The Petition challenges order date 30 March 2026 passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Pune rejecting application at Exhibit- U-2 seeking interim relief of continuation in service beyond the age of 58 years. 2) Petitioner appears to be a Badli worker. He is not a regular employee of the Respondent-Corporation. Prima-facie, there is nothing on record to indicate that Badli worker is entitled to continuity in service till he attains the age of 60 years. In the event, Petitioner PAGE NO. 1 of 2 Thursday, 24 September 2026 Neeta Sawant 6-WP-12501-2026.docx succeeds before the Industrial Court at the time of final hearing of the complaint that Badli worker is also entitled to work up to the age of 60 years, he can always be granted consequential benefit of backwages. No case is made out for grant of any interim relief in favour of the Petitioner. The Industrial Court has rightly rejected the application for interim relief.
