Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 and perused the material on record. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15242 WP No. 28155 of 2024 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 23.05.2024 at Annexure-D and representations dated 23.08.2024 at Annexures-W, W1, W2 and W3 submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 23.05.2024 at Annexure-D and representations dated 23.08.2024 at Annexures-W, W1, W2 and W3 and pass appropriate order/take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15242 WP No. 28155 of 2024 6.
