Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for correction of the names of his parents as 'Syed Samiulla' and 'Ruqsana Taj' in the School records and seeking direction to the respondents to issue fresh corrected SSLC Marks Card. 4. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be acceded too, on the ground that an enquiry is required to be made in this regard. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is not maintainable. However, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for the appropriate relief.
