2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection Dergaon P.S. Case No. 72/2026 under Section 108 of the BNS, 2023.

3. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been submitted being Charge-Sheet No. 90/2026 dated 22.07.2026.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission of charge-sheet, Ms. Kha, learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that liberty should be granted to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. She further submits that vide order dated 15.05.2026, interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the accused applicant and the same may be extended till the appearance of the accused applicant before the jurisdictional Court.
5. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. Interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused applicant stands extended for another 15 (fifteen) days from today. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
