The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09.03.2026 (P-1), whereby the services of the petitioner has been ordered to be terminated by the respondents without holding any proper enqury and adopting the procedure enshrined under Sections 2, 3, 4 & 7 of the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Act, 1974 and for quashing the inquiry report dated 25.02.2026 (P-1A). Further, prayer has been made for staying the operation of the impugned order dated 09.03.2026. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the competent forum of jurisdiction. 3.
