Islam, learned counsel for the accused applicant and Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting bail to the accused applicant in connection Boko P.S. Case No. 106/2026 under Section Page No.# 2/2 64(1) of the BNS, 2023. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been submitted being Charge-Sheet No. 105/2026 dated 30.06.2026. In view of the aforesaid submission of charge-sheet, Mr. Islam, learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that liberty should be granted to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief.
