This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting bail to the accused applicant in connection Boko P.S. Case No. 106/2026 under Section Page No.# 2/2 64(1) of the BNS, 2023. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been submitted being Charge-Sheet No. 105/2026 dated 30.06.2026. In view of the aforesaid submission of charge-sheet, Mr. Islam, learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that liberty should be granted to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief.
