Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad, dated 24.11.2006 in C.C.No.31 of 1992, assailing the acquittal for the offence U/s.13(1)(e) r/w Sec.13(2) of P.C Act, 1988 for disproportionate assets. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for ACB filed a Memo dated 01.04.2026 along with Death Certificate of the sole Accused namely Sri Diamond Abdul Salam and submits that the Accused died 06.07.2024. 3.
